Bear Lake Lodging Rental Policies

RESTRICTIONS: A few specific restrictions are noted below. 

-  All properties are non-smoking.
-  Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced.  Do not exceed the Maximum Occupancy for a property.  
-  Parking is limited (some units may have limits to the number of vehicles that can be parked at the unit).
-  House parties are prohibited.
-  Pets prohibited in all properties (except 110, 212 and 213 which are advertised specifically as pet units).
-  Must be 21 years of age or older to enter into Rental Agreement
-  Bear Lake Lodging will not be responsible for any injuries incurred during your trip.  Customer and all guests agree to hold Bear Lake Lodging and it's property owner's harmless from any injuries incurred during their trip to Bear Lake.  The visit to Bear Lake is at your own risk.   


MINIMUM DAYS: Each property has a minimum number of night required to reserve (see individual property listings). Occasionally the minimum will go up on certain holidays and weekends. We may offer to reduce the number of days required for the following reasons: to fill rental gaps, last minute reservations, and off season rentals. Please contact us if you'd like to place a reservation that does not meet the minimum number of days. 

CHECK IN / OUT: Guests check-in at 48 W. Logan Rd, Garden City, UT. Check in time is after 4:00 pm, Check out time is no later than 10:00 am.

ADVANCE YEAR RESERVATIONS FOR 2018: Bear Lake Lodging's web site will allow reservations up to 365 days in advance. If you'd like to make a reservation further into the future, please contact us directly. 

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AND PARKING CAPACITY: Bear Lake Lodging along with the Town of Garden City has set and published occupancy and parking limits for every unit and strictly enforces these limits. Our properties are varied in size and locations often resulting in different rules about boats, trailers, and RVs. Please check the individual property listing for information about parking.

Cancelation Policy: The Manger’s Cancellation Policy differs based on the type of property Tenant rented. It is the responsibility of the Tenant to understand which type of property was rented. See below for cancellation policies:
 

Cabins & Townhouses : A deposit of 33% of the total reservation is due at time of booking. The remaining reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival of scheduled reservation(s). A cancellation fee of 10% of total payments made will be charged for any and all cancellations. If Tenant cancels any reservation(s) 90 or more days prior to arrival tenant will receive a refund of paid deposits less the cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled between 90 and 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire 33% of total reservation deposit. If cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, no refunds will be issued.

Condos: A deposit of 33% of the total reservation amount is due at time of booking. The remaining reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival of scheduled reservation(s). A cancellation fee of 10% of total payments made will be charged for any and all cancellations. If Tenant cancels any reservation(s) 15 or more days prior to arrival tenant will receive a refund of paid deposits less the 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival.

LISTINGS AND PRICING: Guest is responsible for reviewing the property description, photos, location, and amenities listing online for this property to confirm that it will meet the needs of your group.  Information regarding individual listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed.  We have made every effort to ensure that all the information on Agent website is current and accurate.  The possibility of errors and omissions exists.  We will be happy to confirm all data contained herein or answer any questions you may have prior to booking your reservation.  Rates for holidays, special events, and weekends may be higher.  Rates do not include tax and are subject to change.  Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice.
