-No Pets allowed!!!
-Take Trash to dumpsters. Do not put trash outside of condo (critters will get into it.)
-Occupancy limit 6
-Be respectful of neighbors (quiet time 10pm-8am)
-No outdoor BBQ's allowed
-No Loud or obnoxius behavior allowed
-No littering
