-Parking Rules: Renters are allowed 2 designated parking spaces at the condo. No trailers, boats, or RV's allowed to be parked at the condo. There is an overflow parking lot at the state Marina for additional vehicles and trailers.
-No Pets allowed
-Take Trash to dumpsters. Do not put trash outside (critters will get into it.)
-Occupancy limit 8
-Be respectful of neighbors (quiet time 10pm-8am)
-No outdoor BBQ's allowed
-No Loud or obnoxius behavior allowed
-No littering

Bearlake lodging is the best. Skip Airbnb they charge more for cleaning fees than the condo Bearlake lodging is easy to work with and are very reasonable with their fees.
