Bear Lake Modern Family Retreat- Private Pickleball Court

This property was very nice, clean and organized. It has the most thoroughly stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental., except it only had 4 coffee mugs!!! Which wouldn’t be a big deal except there were eight adults so we had to hurry and drink our coffee and then rinse out our mugs for the next person to use. My only other suggestions are that for this price the property lacks a hot tub and there are no tvs in the guest bedrooms. The view is amazing and the house is super functional clean and very nice. The pickleball court and basketball court were a hit. As well as the video games. We had a wonderful time here. Great space for group gatherings!

House was very nice. Inside admentaties were very nice and well stocked. Great views of the lake. Landscaping not finished. Lighting for pickleball court was not functioning and was not disclosed prior to check-in. Owner very picky about happenings at house and kept checking in on us with security cameras.

Nice new property. Landscaping was not finished at the time we were there, but I assume they are working on getting that done. Great views of the lake and access is good. The host was responsive to any communication and everything seemed to work great.
