The house was great, in good shape, and had all of the sleeping arrangements we needed, including a pack n play. But some things definitely need some attention - upon arrival, the codes provided wouldn’t get us into the front door or garage. Tried to call the numbers and emailed to get help and it went to VM. This was around 7 pm. My wife finally got a hold of someone via Facebook messenger who was able to get us a correct front door code. Garage keypad didn’t work with any codes provided. The kitchen is woefully under equipped. There was one single measuring cup (1/2 cup). No measuring spoons. There were 2 can openers; but both were broken. It was out of season, so they probably haven’t done a deep clean recently, but it’s needed. Cobwebs in a few areas, the furnace vent in the kitchen was filthy, and there were a few mouse poops in the pantry on the shelf. Overall, a great location. You can walk to restaurants, the grocery store, or even the marina. The house needs a little attention, but I would definitely stay here again.

Neat and clean home in a quiet neighborhood

The property was spotless clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bedding and pillows were crisp white and soft. The home is decorated in very good taste with all amenities provided. The fireplace downstairs was soothing.

The Bear Lake residence provided an excellent option for a spontaneous weekend retreat with my son, who has special needs. Its proximity to the main road offered convenient access while still maintaining a quiet atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed observing the deer that frequented the backyard each evening. The spacious main rooms were ideal for accommodating his needs, and the provided beach toys were a significant highlight!
