The Beach House II, New Home, Oversized Kitchen

Nice view of lake. Had everything we needed.

The Lake House II was wonderful. It had plenty of space for our family and everyone had their own room. There are a lot of stairs in the house since you enter in from the lower floor. The beds were comfortable and nicely appointed. The kitchen had two of most things which made meal prep really easy. The only problem we saw was the webs on the upper balcony.

We had a wonderful time staying at The Beach House II. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all five of our families. Being so close to the water and enjoying the lake views from both decks made for an incredibly relaxing experience. The proximity to the hub of garden city dining and shopping made it easy to walk and enjoy what the town had to offer.

This house has simply amazing views! The location simply can't be beat between views and super easy walk to town for meals and shopping. We loved the decks and the extra large gathering space. We took our camp chairs to the deck since they only had 6 chairs outside and everyone wanted to be out there! Of note, this house is built on a hill -you park at floor 1 and go up 2 sets of stairs to get to the main space. Our large group also rented the Bear Lake Ranch House next door (not the connected Beach House I) so the elderly could stay at that house and walk across the lawn without doing the stairs, which worked perfectly! We loved the 5 bathrooms (only 1 is an ensuite and it is a queen bed) and we all found the beds to be quite comfortable. They provided body wash but not shampoo/conditioner so be prepared. If you like decent TP plan to bring your own. Would have liked to have cleaning spray to sanitize after meals given the long stay. Overall I can't recommend this home enough for a large gathering, it was just so lovely!

A beautiful home that worked great for our group. Was fun being so close to the city as well as having a beautiful view of the lake. The city was having some issues with the water while we were there and the management company did their best to limit the impact it had on our trip.
