Beautiful Updated 2 Bedroom Condo T106

Great location! Nice and clean, and love the access to the tennis courts.

This property was great for our family of 5. 2 parents and 3 kids over 18. Location is great. Close to town and a 20 minute drive to North Beach. Access to the outdoor pool and hot tub is great. The only thing that was lacking was the kitchen amenities. The cups/glasses were almost non-existent so we went and bought plastic cups to use. And there are no cookie sheets or baking pans so we had to go down to Mike's Market and buy disposable foil pans to use. The kitchen space was nice and usable. Lots of seating for eating meals. We would stay here again.

The location was so ideal. The staff was extremely friendly and quick to respond to us. We will definitely rent again

Great for a family of 5. Right in the middle of everything. 20 min drive to the north side of the lake (Idaho) and south side. Id recommended this spot.

Overall: Had a great winter stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Positives: * Had a great view of Bear Lake and the tennis courts. * As a first-floor, end unit, it was easy for packing/unpacking and close to parking spaces. * It's walking distance to the hot tub. * Kitchen was well stocked with dishwasher pods, soap, pots and pans (no baking sheets or baking pans), towels and dishcloths. * Master bed was comfortable. Kids said the bunks and the double bed were also comfy. * Plenty of towels for the hot tub and shower. * Gas grill worked perfect and was a great bonus! Drawbacks: * Noise from upstairs tenants was noticeable at times. * No shampoo or conditioner was provided. * The living room only has one couch, which made seating a bit cramped for more than 3 people. * No wall hooks for hanging items. * Parking near the building was limited. * Master bed mattress was quite high, which might be a consideration for some. * When we were gone all day, the smart thermostat went into Eco mode so when we returned, it was 60 degrees. Thankfully, it warmed up quickly, so it wasn't a big deal. * We couldn't figure out how to operate the fireplace and didn't see instructions in the manual. For us, we didn't mind.
