Great location close to the water and the center of town. Walking distance to anything you need. Property was awesome. Plenty of amenities and things to stay entertained! Highly recommend!

Wonderful home for family reunion Positive: Family of 17. We were very comfortable. The beds are wonderful. Incredibly comfortable. The house is spacious and in good condition. There was enough kitchenware to cook. We didn't need to being much to prep meals. Everything was really great. Negative: Nothing really. The couches are a bit worn so we covered them with our own blankets to sit on. But seriously that's so minimal. This place was great. A bit dated but everything worked and was clean. No complaints here.

We had a family of 14 stay for the week. It included ages three up to 83. The home is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable. And the water is hot. We love being able to sit out on the back deck and enjoy the breeze off the lake. You can see the lake from the back deck and watch the kids play out on the water we were able to walk down the street and play in the water right close to the house. We loved the bonfire in the backyard. We roasted marshmallows and laugh till dark. This is a perfect place for a family reunion.

We enjoyed greatly staying at the Bear Lake Ranch again this year. We have stayed there every year for the past 4-5 years with our family. Really appreciate the 2nd fridge that was added last year. Bedrooms and Bathrooms are great and clean. Love the view of the lake and the big rap-a-round deck with tables and chairs. We eat most of our meals and play many games on the deck. The big grassy yard is great for our big family group. The large cement parking area is great for parking boats and the many cars, bikes, dirt bikes, kayaks, etc. that we bring. Enjoy it for a basketball court too. The only suggestions I would have - the living room furniture upstairs is getting old and dirty. It should be replaced. We love playing volleyball but the net is getting ragged and should be replaced.
