Lake View Condo 874 #2, Bear Lake views

Good value, several inconveniences. Amazing view. Positive: Amazing views, comfortable beds, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Everything was clean. The master bathroom had issues with showering. It’s scalded us. Unsafe. The tennis courts are a little bit rickety, but we did appreciate having access to them as well as a swimming pool. It’s in the shade for most of the day so keep that in mind as it gets cold. This is perched very high up on the hills and is quite scary to get up and down even in the summertime. I can’t imagine the winter. Negative: The TV in the upstairs area is so small and recessed that it’s impractical to watch TV. There’s no dining area which makes it uncomfortable on the main level. There’s only limited space at the snack bar and it’s a very tiny kitchen. This would be OK for three or four people, but not for a big group to dine together and really enjoy each other‘s company. The layout of the furniture in the upstairs living room is awkward and too bulky. Although it was comfortable.

Great views and comfy furnishings. Positive: The location and views are great! The unit was really clean except for items below. Negative: The master bath up stairs had the panel of the jet tub loose and could allow water to enter under the tub if spilled over the tub. Trash was found behind both nightstands. No instructions for the fireplace. But we figured it out. No working ice maker. If you don’t want the fireplace used, please tell us. Please post what type of coffee maker is available. We brought k-pods but a brew pot was there.

Relaxing and Beautiful Getaway Positive: The condo was beautiful, and the view is amazing. The pool was nice just lots of bugs in the pool. Access to the house was easy as well as to the amenities. Negative: All was nice.

Lovely place Positive: The view, security, and comfort Negative: The bath in the master bathroom to be shared. The door where difficult operate. The bath it was to height make it dangerous to get in.
