The Beach House I

We had a great time at our stay in your facilities: Beach House 1 & 2 and Ranch House. There were a few things that we wanted to report. The microwave in Beach house 1 shorted out. We didn't notify you because we still had the use of the other microwaves. The latch on the baby swing closest to the play fort broke and someone ordered the part and it will be shipped to the address on our contract. The deadbolt on the ranch house was faulty and the door to the breezeway couldn't be locked. The foot on the little bear figurine got broken off and we didn't have glue to fix it. We felt that the houses were neat and tidy when we arrived but the deck on the two beach houses had a lot of spider webs and a small nest over the door in the breezeway to beach house 1 had a build up of bird poop that was unsightly. There were three little chicks in the nest so we wanted them to have time to mature and leave the nest so we didn't disturb it but when they fly away that situation needs to be addressed. There was a broken plastic chair on the back patio. All in all, we had a great time and hope to be able to use your facilities in the years ahead. Sue Larsen

We had a great time for our annual Bear Lake reunion. We rented Beach House 1 & 2, plenty of room for our group with a fantastic view of the lake (wish the lawn area still belonged to these houses) Beach House 1 is dated but clean, Beach House 2 is newer and also clean (except the decks were covered in spider webs and spiders, nothing a little pressure wash couldn’t fix) Lots of areas in these houses to gather, or get some space from the group if needed. Location is great, just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants. If anyone in the group has limited mobility there is lots of stairs and both kitchens & great room are on the top floors. Ample parking for boats, trucks, cars and trailers. We would definitely stay here again.

We really loved out stay in the Beach House I. We also rented out the Beach House II. It was perfect for our family reunion. Tons of space to spread out and the distance to the lake was perfect. We were able to carry our paddle boards directly from the house to the lake and launch them right there. The house was super clean and offered many things to do. We are most likely coming back next year!

We loved beach house 1 and 2. They were beautiful, spacious and family friendly. The location was great and the scenery amazing. Our only question was why there is no recycling when the area is so dependent on environmental beauty.
