Updated Yacht Drive Town Home 952 # 1 (Free Wi-Fi)

Nice place. Large enough, and comfortable for our girls weekend group of 11. Clean and well cared for. Slightly outdated if that matters to you, but the location, the excellent communication with the host, and the ample room for our group was far more important to us. Parking for a place for up to 14 was tricky. There seemed to be some misunderstanding about where we could park (no street parking available). There was an area reserved for guests of certain units but not the unit we were in. Guests in nearby units said there were permits on the counter in their units, but there were non in ours--possibly an oversight? We contacted the management company, who were excellent, by the way. They said the area where guests usually parked had recently been resurfaced and marked as "tow zones" so we were leery of parking there. They agreed to create some homemade passes, which they did and then delivered them that very evening at about 9 pm, rather than wait until the next day which was so nice. Other than that minor snafu, and shoutout to the management company who handled it like pros, it was a lovely stay. Would recommend!
