Lake View Condo 918 # 4

--- Review of Unit 918 #4 – Bear Lake Lodging We recently stayed in Unit 918 #4 through Bear Lake Lodging and, unfortunately, found the experience disappointing compared to other units we’ve rented in the area. The unit is in serious need of upgrades. The living room furniture was noticeably outdated and uncomfortable—particularly the couch, which made it difficult to relax. Surprisingly, there was no coffee table, which made the space feel incomplete and less functional. The patio screen doors were not working properly, limiting access and ventilation. Cleanliness was another issue. The rugs in both the kitchen and living room were visibly dirty, which detracted from the overall comfort of the unit. The bathroom in the master bedroom had cracks in the tub, and notably, there were no grab bars—raising safety concerns. From an entertainment standpoint, the cable TV offered a very limited selection of channels. There was no access to 24-hour cable news or other standard viewing options commonly found in comparable rentals. Overall, the unit did not feel properly furnished or maintained, and it fell below the standards we’ve come to expect from Bear Lake Lodging. ---

Love coming every year to the same place but this year was alittle disappointed for the price that I paid. Positive: Staff was friendly always answering my questions Location was great. Negative: The patio doors were not working properly, the upstairs bathtub felt like you were going to fall thru the floor really soft felt alittle unsafe, the water heater would make awful load noises, the two beds in the 2nd bedroom the mattress were very very uncomfortable super hard.

The property was easy to find and very clean when we arrived. It was secluded enough away from the hustle and bustle, but also close enough to all the conveniences. The view from the back of the property of the lake was gorgeous!

What a wonderful condo! Just a couple items you would want to know: 1) no hot water at first; 2) toaster does not work. Thank you!
