The process is nice and easy. The condo was perfect for what we needed. The only complaint I’d have is it has that “old” musky smell. It’s pretty strong.

We were in town for the Bear Lake Trifecta in June and the location was perfect! This little condo had everything we needed and the host was great at answering our questions prior to arrival. It looks right over the pool which can get noisy on a warm day but everything quiets down quickly at night and it's mostly a very peaceful location with a partial view of the lake. We did notice that housekeeping hadn't cleaned under the furniture in a while but a little dust didn't keep us from thoroughly enjoying our little stay in Garden City.

Harbor Village is great!
We’ve stayed here a couple times and always happy with it! The pullout sofa is definitely not for adults.
