14-Plex Condo #114 Ground level

Not going to happen again. Positive: I liked the property manager, Natalie... who was available even at 11:00 PM Negative: The building itself is old and smells funny. Like a water claim from years gone by or something. Just seemed like it needed help. I am going to guess there are about 9 coats of paint on these walls and some have been remodeled, but beds and couches were worn and sub par. The air conditioner was a swamp cooler and it was loud. We were in three different rooms in 4 nights. One room we changed at about 11:00 PM because we couldn't sleep. Wasn't sure if the thud upstairs was human or a large dog. Turns out it was a big dog and at least one or two smaller dogs. Running around ... all night. No barking, but running back and forth. Click clack of their toe nails all night. At first we laid in bed thinking it was a really big iguana or something. Maybe put the dogs on the main floor so that it doesn't keep the guests below up all night. Just a thought. The good thing is... if your neighbor above is an early riser... you will be too. Because as soon as their feet hit the floor, and the toilet flushes, showers, brush their teeth, and get a cup of coffee... you will have heard every single move they made. It's so loud. Also, we ran out of hot water. Some of the rooms are better than others. They are not all the same. Also, could hear a guy yelling in the hallway for hours. Seems like it was just a lower end facility to be honest. Just don't expect much... except for the management... everything else is just Ehhhh....

Perfect get away weekend to Bear Lake Positive: There was a simple door pad with a code. No key to worry about loosing or collecting from owner. Great location. Perfect size space for 2 of us. Ample towels in the bathroom. Good communication leading up to our stay Negative: We wish we would have stayed longer !

Comfortable and clean

Looking forward to coming back!

If I’m ever up that way again. I would stay there again. The only thing they were missing was a full length mirror.
