1. The Tenant will pay Manager the total of $________for rental of the above described premises for the above described period of time less a non-refundable reservation fee of $___________that was paid at the time of booking this rental. Payment of the balance is due thirty (30) days prior to the day on which occupancy will first occur. Cancellation of this Agreement made prior to 30 days before the first day of ccupancy shall result in the forfeiture of the reservation fee but no other penalty. Cancellations made within 30 days of the first day of occupancy shall result in forfeiture of the reservation fee and the entire remaining balance and no money shall be refunded. No adjustment in money owed or refund of money will be made if the Tenant checks in after the agreed upon time, and no adjustment in money owed or refund of money will be made if the Tenant leaves earlier than the agreed upon time. There will be no exceptions to this provision. Returned checks are subject to a $20 returned check fee.
THIS POLICY IS IN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT WHICH MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED BEFORE OCCUPANCY.
